- Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty UPSMFAC Various Diploma Courses Admission Online Form Candidate Can Apply Between 08/06/2024 to 23/06/2024.
- Photo Instruction : The photo should be accompanied by a black slate and the name and date of taking the photo should also be there on the photo. The photo should be after 01 March 2024.
